You should probably let us know what video card that is, "AGP" doesn't tell us much. Same goes for the HDD, but that's probably not as important.
Nice price, btw - regardless of how large the HDD or weak the video card it's a good deal.
To potential buyers: The Pentium II is a good choice for DOS and 9x gaming - it's good at 32-bit software, being post-PPro, but also has better 16-bit speed than the PPro. The best of both worlds, and the first chip to do it. My first (belonging to me, not the family) computer was in fact a 400Mhz Pentium II box.
