Please help identifying this terminal

He is selling it for 5Eur but does not provide any information about it.
Can someone help me identifying it?

I know this is a simple question but have you asked the seller? It looks like an IBM terminal but could be a few different models. One nice thing is if the seller doesn't answer questions, they may not be worth the risk of buying from. To me communication with a seller lets me know how well things will go if any problems were to arise during the transaction.

Its an IBM terminal, but these came as 3270, 5250 and ASCII in very similat cases. You need the model number, or at very least a close up of all the connections as both the 3270 and 5250 have serial ports for printers.

I asked the seller for model, but he said and I quote:" For 5 Eur that's too much of a trouble..." - It's sad...
He only said that it's working and that the terminal has a lifting feet. (don't know what that means)

Sounds like its 3270 or 5250 type. If it was ASCII i would have thought he would have said. And its 30 euro with carriage.

Looks a lot like an IBM InfoWindow II

It's going to be a 3270oid. Useless unless you have IBM gear.

Actually 3270's are OK if you have a 3174 controller and the latest firmware. It will do telnet with a VT1xx to a anything with telnet and curses.....
