Can't seem to identify this hard drive.

This one appeared in one of my Fixing the PC books. Anyone know what this one is?

The connectors indicate that it's MFM/RLL... Couldn't tell you type, size, or manufacturer however.

It's definitely a Seagate of some sort, I don't know anyone else that ever used that shape of top cover... and it's probably an ST-4096.

Remember, the connectors for ESDI are indistinguishable from MFM/RLL and the signals are VERY different. Plugging an ESDI into an MFM/RLL controller or visa-verse could destroy the controller or drive. Just a heads up for unknown hard drives.
