How to change Aplle ][ europlus from PAL B/W to NTSC Color ??? Help needed!

Hi,

I own an Aplle ][ europlus, as a standard, this machine only outputs PAL Black/White Signals (i do not have the PAL Color Card) ...
Is it possible to change back to NTSC with Color???
I know there are a few "jumpers" on the mainboard...

Infos are very welcome!

In my country, PAL is the standard TV format. I've converted my apple 2+ to NTSC by cutting and soldering 3~4 pads
My CRT TV displayed colours but only too well - There's colour fringes on the text in text mode.
Go for it.

Thank you very much!
I changed the jumpers and replaced the crystal with a 14.31818 and i got Color! (NTSC)
