I have quite a few 30-pin 4MB SIMMS still around that are for sale.
Not sure about parity but let me know if you need any specifics.

I can fully test them using a memory tester.

They are all Samsung, type is KMM594000B-8 so I assume they are 80ns (or guaranteed for 80ns, if I test them in a memory tester I am quite sure that it will work at faster speeds).

I didn't even know there were 4mb 30pinners... max i've had is 1mb sticks.

They got up to 16mb. Maybe even 32mb although I've never run into one. I did have a few 16mb ones. They were monsters.

well I have some 386 boards with 8 slots - 4/4 should be ok, if there is no compatibility prob) - I'll try PM if your box is not full again
