Agat 7 some soviet apple II clone, but for 100% compatibility require one board.
 
4004s from what I've seen go for huge prices unfortunately. In some cases you might be better off looking for a system that runs off of the chip vs someone advertising the chip and hoping it's worth a fortune.
 
The 8008 can still be found at relatively reasonable prices on ebay, but the 4004 is expensive.
I'll build something with my single 8008 one day :)
