They also have (almost) every other chip you need. I'd suggest (considering the $25 minimum order) going ahead and ordering at least one spare of everything on the board, and get someone to burn you a set of new ROMs to replace the broken/suspect ones. The board sounds like it was in really poor shape, so a number of things are likely the problem.
