Does anybody have the original drivers for this soundcard:

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Terratec-Mae...t=DE_Computer_Soundkarten&hash=item41770e79b9

He said thats a maestro 32 model.. But terratec doesnt have the drivers for this card on his website.. And iam also thinking its not a maestro 32 soundcard but just a OEM brand maded by terratec..
If i on the FTP in the OEM folder other model also saying TT-......
What i have is a TT-929 soundcard.

Ah, the Opti. Had troble finding drivers for one a few years back, seems easier now.

Try here; http://download.cnet.com/929w95-exe/3000-2110_4-150921.html

That'll get you DOS and Win95 drivers, the DOS installer might allow Win3.1 installs, I don't remember. Make sure you use the "Direct Download Link" under the download button, otherwise you get an installer from CNet that comes with loads of shovelware and won't work in DOS/95... I hate it when they put things in those damn installers.

Is it true that this is a OEM type of soundcard? Because i red on the FTP from terratec that they doesnt support the OEM soundcards.. So iam thinking way the terratec version of the drivers are not findable. because terratec made this soundcard for the OEM market, so the support only can get by the OEM distributors.

Thanks for your driver help, do you own the same terratec soundcard?

Didnt know that this soundcard would be the same as the acer magic s20.. I have 2 of those soundcard laying here.

I think iam just found the dos driver:

http://www.filewatcher.com/b/ftp/89.179.20.136/oldftp/DRV&BIOS/Sound/Opti/929-0.html

929D_W.exe ( i think that D_W means DOS_Windows)

Good luck. Sometimes playing around with various sound cards that have the same chipset works. It is like shooting rough shot hoping to hit something. But I always had luck with trial and error that way. :)

I can comfirm the soundcard and the drivers are working.. Those are just generic version of the OPTI929 chip.. But i guess these are the originals that belongs to the card. I think its indeed a OEM version thats made by terratec..
Ive only not tested the MPU-401 channel, so dont know how its sound or works.. I tried also tried a propatary cd-rom drive on this soundcard and it seems to work..

Excellent. When you have a MIDI cable you can connect a MIDI to the MPU-401 through the game port. You may need software to make that MPU401 intelligent. In case you have a daughterboard connection you can plug on a wavetable daughterboard and see whether that works as well. Good luck! :)
