Greets all!
Millions of these puppies of course.
As usual, need to reconfigure/disable board components.
I hope this picture helps off the bat, but I'll tell you what I know.
Not much on the back at all... I tried the FCC ID-
FHQ 484AC-XIO23 (or X1023...?)

It is a Floppy/Game/Parallel/Serial(2)/RTC.
I have a sixpack plus and need to make the two coexist.
It is Parallel/RTC/Serial/384K of course.
I read and appreciate the docs here about that card.
More data about both these cards would be nice too!
Thanks in advance!

The only thing that this card has that the AST Six Pak Plus doesn't have is a second serial port. It doesn't seem to have any RAM. Although it does have one 8250B UART serial chip and a socket for a second chip, it seems to be missing the MC1488 and 1489 RS-232 Logic Level shifters required to make the serial port work. Undoubtedly that is what the two smaller DIP sockets are for.

Thank you for examining it!
But I did want the game port too.
I wish I knew what the dip settings are.
'Tis a mystery...

Thanks to Modem7 for a special link to PDF GOLD!
Books!
Thanks to Great Hierophant- I found the Game port header on the 6pack!

I'll replace this strange card with a generic floppy card.
And yes, to all- I'll repair it's battery and nearby traces prior to selling it.
I will either mention com ports aren't available or add the mentioned ICs.
That'll take a while, so let's stare at it some more
And see who wins the identification game just for laughs! :D
Thanks everybody, I'm so glad to join you!
If I see a question I can answer here, I'll certainly try!
