Tandy 1000 HX Video Glitches

Howdy! I have a Tandy 1000 HX w/ 640K RAM and DMA expansion board. For some reason, some games will crash when I select Tandy video mode, but will work in CGA. Here is an example from Arkanoid:

Some games work fine in Tandy mode, so i'm not sure what the issue is. I reseated all of the socketed chips.

Any ideas?

What is the frame displayed at the very end of the video? It's too blurry to read the title, and I don't recognize it.

Can you give either Turbo Champions or Indianapolis 500 a try? They use the 160x200 mode of the Tandy, which uses less video RAM (I'm not sure TC even uses multiple video pages), so that might be useful as a troubleshooting tool. Also, listing a few games that do and do not work would be helpful.
