Questions about Apple IIGS

I have an opportunity to get an Apple IIGS, but I need a few questions answered before I can consider it.

1. Will my AppleDesign Keyboard and Apple Desktop Bus Mouse II work with the IIGS? These are the only ADB peripherals I own.
2. Can I setup an Appletalk/PhoneNet network between my Powerbook 1400cs and/or Macintosh Plus to get software onto the IIGS?

I'm pretty sure only the split ergonomic keyboard is the only keyboard that doesn't work with the GS. Some pointer hardware had trouble too, but not basic mice.
