I'm one of the first "retro PC"/vintage X86 enthusiasts on the internet - having started "The Creeping Network" in 2001 and having it hosted on/off again. My primary focus is generally 8088-Pentium based Laptops and Desktop computers with a heavy focus on the NEC Versa and other 486-era hardware, and keeping the oldschool gear current-enough to be convenient to use, even useful from time to time, while enjoying all the various vintage software and new creations of people such as those on this site.

For the purpose of this site, 8088-Pentium Era DOS/Wintel machines are my primary interest, and I'm getting less into collecting and more into maintaining the Creeping Net stable and making them some of the best performing Vintage PC's that ever existed.
