Looking for a CPU module for my Sun Ultra 2, preferably a 501-5445 if possible as my 400MHz module has died :/
 
Yes the Sun Ultra 2 had Ultra II cpu's. Bit confusing as the name of the machine was the same as the CPU :biggrin:
 
There are so many variants of the Ultra chips it gets pretty confusing. For the Sun Ultra 2 machine - they are in large 'modules' which plug into the motherboard.
