Hi All,

I came across this reference card, left over from my college days, and after a little searching on-line discovered that it can't be found. So, I scanned it and am posting the resulting PDF file here. The reference card is printed on card stock and fan-folds to 1/6 of the size when fully opened. Enjoy.

Cheers, Jon.

Thanks for sharing that. If possible, can you do the scans at a higher DPI and with some overlap between the images (or scan in 3 pictures per side, also with overlap)? If so, someone might come along and clean up the images and stitch them together, as I did with the PDP-11 Programming Card. That's actually the low-resolution version - I have 1200 DPI Photoshop masters with trim marks if any wants to produce a new batch.

I'll see what I can do... I'm not sure exactly what the capabilities of my scanner are...

I'd suggest reordering the pages so they make sense when viewed online, with a note to reorder the pages if someone wanted to print it again it folded fashion. Example

CW

PS If you do rescan, please write (or sticky note) a page number in each corner so an editor can determine the correct page order. This can easily be cropped out in post processing.

OK, I made a new set of scans: 24-bit color, 1200x1200dpi (the best my scanner can do). I scanned each side in thirds, so there is significant overlap, and I lined them up against a straight edge (sort of). However, they are too large to attach to a post here. If someone has a place to host them, please DM me and I can email them to you. I am including photos of the two sides, to help ifside 1.jpgside 2.jpg someone wants to assemble the bits. Cheers, Jon.

I also gave this a try with my scanner, which can scan the whole card in one pass.

These two 1200DPI images are around 150MB each. These are straight from the scanner with no image post processing, other than converting the .TIF files to .PNG files

Ok, I was bored and did a first pass of cleanup on them. You can download it from here: https://glaver.org/transient/LSI-11_PDP-11-03_Reference_Card_Oct_1976_Both_Sides_First_Cleanup.zip

If anyone wants to actually print replica cards, drop me a link and I'll send you a link to the Photoshop masters.
