Hey guys, just got the power lines working on this Micronics:

But, I still scratching my head on why I see power up on the diagnosis card, but no tests are running (just dashes). Could it be that the Bios is fried?
No video or sound output.

Trying to figure out where to start replacing parts.

Any thoughts?

Yes, but a hell of a lot of other things can stop the motherboard from starting.

If you haven't already, do a thorough visual inspection.

In case of poor connection, re-seat all socketed chips. That includes the CPU and the large chip in the PLCC socket.

You need to remove the leaking battery, and do a clean-up. I can see that the 'green gunk' has already reached much of that corner of the motherboard. Damaged trace/s?
