More information on a Chinon drive?

My friend, who is new to vintage computing, didn't take enough pictures while he was opening his McD-800 drive for the first time. The drive is a Macintosh-compatible-branded Chinon 800k drive. I was told similar drives were used in the Amiga 2000 and 3000, so I thought I'd ask this question here. My friend disconnected some jumper cables - two 4x1, two 3x2 - and he doesn't know exactly how to reconnect them. Does anyone have information on the exact pinout of the cables? Specifically, which colors go in which locations?

As for the drive itself, it works, but it's very noisy; he's not sure how best to clean it.
