Possible HP Chips found, Help ID'g

Hi Everyone!
I found 5 chips bagged in the box with a 520STfm
But I'm having a hard time trying to ID them.
I do not think they are ST chips, but I thought I'd better double check here with the experts.
They are all 24-pin DIP
The labels are:
CN52506N 8152 1818-1840
CN52513N 8152 1818-1841
8201 1818-1842 C78032
8201 1818-1843 C78031
CN52516N 8152 1818-1844

Since the date codes are late '81, early '82 they can not be ST chips.
