Tandy TL/3 ADP50 Mouse?

I installed an ADP50 HDD controller in a Tandy 1000 TL/3 and it works great, but seems to conflict with the tandy ps2 mouse port. Tried all the settings available on the ADP50 and still no mouse found. Are there any settings on the Tandy that can be changed?

Thanks Agent Orange, site has lots of good info. Think I have a work around with the serial port.
