Toshiba T3200SXC needs new LCD scree, need help finding compatible replacement.

Anyone come up with a good way to connect a modern LCD to the 28-pin connector? I was thinking of using an RGB2HDMI device, but I'm not sure which pins are the HSYNC and VSYNC on the cable. Anyone have any luck?

I have recently aquired a T3200 from eBay and it works great.

But for the future I was planning on getting a replacement screen for it, or doing a workaround of some kind.

Could you explain more about the R0, R1, and so on pins and how to solder them? I assume in your post you meant connect them together with a wire right? like Awg of some kind. Or am I incorrect?

If I could get some type of a map or text-based idea of what I need to do then I have a cousin with a soldering iron and it should be straight-forward from your answer.

Hope I didn't misunderstand anything.
