Transfering files WANG <> IBM

What kind of cable and transfer software to copy files from IBM compatible PC to WANG APC, PC and WLTC Laptop?

I don't personally know capability all i can suggest is using serial port or parallel "null modem" port cables and ms dos tools to connect and transfer files.
Such cables are rare these days.
