My gasoline bill has gone individually over all my other bills (phones, food, electric, insurance) so I want to use a moped for going to school and around the neighborhood. I'd be interested in something that needs fixing as well as runs good. Even a frame would work, as I can retro fit something on it. But $300+ a month for gas is just plain dumb (for me at least).
Can anyone get me a parts/needs fixing/decent moped? As far as the needs fixing, as long as it'll roll on it's own and has most of the safety features I can get my own motor and mechanical parts. I just don't wanna get it and have to dump a fortune on shipping a part from, like, Bulgaria or anything.
