Hi,

I have 2 VT240 color terminals available for free, with one monitor,
with two keyboards, and one video cable. Both base units work in local
mode (didn't connect them to anything)

These units are in pretty good shape. I can probably get the monitor
for the second unit if you need it, and the video cable is easy to make.

These are in Nashua, NH. Shipping (at your cost) can be arranged.
Please respond quickly! I am cleaning my basement.

DEC VT240 terminals - withdrawn

The DEC VT240 terminals and color display have been withdrawn.
I must get rid of them today.

Going, going, gone...

Going, going, gone...

Well, the VT240's have until the end of the day. I really thought someone could use
them, but even I am using a notebook computer running Minicom for my serial driver
testing. I guess that's a statement of sorts...

The ADDS Consul 580 is still left. (But I'm thinking of salvaging its power supply
for the 980).

I got rid of the 880 and I'm planning on keeping the 980 (because I did some
fun mods to it and I am at least that much nostalgic).

I wish, but I'm a little short this month (can't afford the shipping). Hate to see 'em go to landfill tho. BTW, I usually use my NEC Starlet for portable terminal purposes, even though I also have a Panasonic LCD terminal, but it's a lot bigger & heavier.

Hello,

The two VT240's have gone to a good home, to be connected to Alphas and Vaxen.

Thank you for your interest in these units.
