I'm glad someone your age is so passionate about technology but the Ubuntu pushing thing is starting to get really annoying. Everyone uses the OS that works best for them and this sort of thing is generally frowned upon here.

LCDs are quite inexspensive these days. What size panel would be needed?

It be pretty cool to see a "Mac Classic" running Windows 7 :D

Its been a long time since I last looked at it, not sure but the shell is in such poor condition it wouldn't be worth the effort. Its cracked on one part, yellowed and has the remains of a large sticker on it. If it was in better condition I'd probably go for it.
