Help with an old monitor

After about twenty tries I finally succeeded. I got one of the adapters sold on ebay that converts ega/cga to VGA. I mounted it inside the area where the monitor was and then ran a cable outside to a flat panel VGA and it works like a charm. The owner of the building even commented how clear the picture was and that you could not see when the doors were opening from the colors on the old monitor.

A million thanks for all of the people here who helped me with this problem.

I did have to make a cable that went from four BNC's to the board. Fairly simple soldering and some shrink tubing went like a charm.
