The 2 "close up" photos show issues on the board.
1 a cracked connector - the plastic is very brittle
2 a bent test pin.
About 2 months ago the board powered up in one of my drives, loaded the heads and did read/write operations OK (a dd under BSD2.11, followed by a cmp -1. so almost every block was written and read).
However I cannot guarentee that the board works - other than at that time.
You were talking about a RL02/01 "jumper". I dont see evidence of such a jumper, so perhaps the board is not suitable for you?
