If it's an RDI, which would make it a PrecisionBook, not a SPARCbook, it's PA-RISC.
My understanding is that no SPARCbooks were produced by RDI, the predecessor to Tadpole.

A decade late, but posting for future searchers: I will be getting my hands on some SPARCbooks this weekend and one of the first things I’m going to do is create a printable 3D model of the drive module.
I am about to get my hands on a SPARCbook (!!!), and I am trying to find out if there’s any way to do WiFi on Solaris 2.6 or 7. Obviously it won’t be built in, but I’m hoping there’s a latter-day driver or the such.
