Here is what I have: I may have fixed the problem. A possible cold/broken soldier joint. Like I previously stated it would work fine once it was warmed up, but would not at first boot when it was cold. Thank's for all the help.

So my Apple II has an Issue with the keyboard I would like to ask about, It's either a bad Cap or a broken/cold soldier joint. When first powered up the keyboard keys will not respond, only CTRL & Reset will work. If I leave it on and wait for a while, maybe 10 min or so the keyboard will work...
