FYI, I found a 10 pin inline connector that fits the TI-74 dock/hexbus connector nicely at Jameco:

I'm considering building up a PCIF from the available schematic, and the first priority was to have a good interface connector.
Does anyone have any experience with building up your own PCIF? I see there's interface software for the PC available here:
http://acg-bonn.dyndns.org/~en/downloads/files/tiif.zip
and here:
http://pengels.bplaced.net/index.php/tiif
Has anyone been using this? I see it is supposed to run on a PC with a parallel port - I still have a few laptops that have parallel ports, so I thought this might be something to play around with.
