The problem I ran into with the QT based games was, every time Apple came out with a new rev of QT, they obsoleted all the old content. Some of my titles were mutually exclusive. I had to uninstall QT and let the game install its preferred version to get it to run. What I have, off the top of my head:
Chuck Yaeger's Flight Trainer (I think this was the first rev, later called the flight simulator)
Falcon
Falcon 3.0
Grand Prix Legends (Fabulous game! You actually need modern horsepower (pun intended) to play this game even though it's 20 years old. It has a dedicated fan base.)
Indycar (Papyrus)
Indycar II (Papyrus)
Jet Fighter
Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail
Monty Python's Complete Waste of Time (Truth in advertising!)
Nascar Racing II (Sierra)
Rolling Stones Voodoo Lounge
Stunt Island (I used to run simulations where a SR-71 was overhead, and I scrambled a MIG-25 to try to catch it. Never succeeded.)
