A few days ago I picked up a PCA-6003 single board computer from the recyclers along with the PCA-6108P4-C base board. I found that two 1000uF 10V capacitors on the card itself were bad so I replaced them. However, when I plug in an ATX power supply, the system turns on as soon as the PSU on/off switch is activated. There's no video or sound and the card doesn't react to the power on button connected to CN21. Any ideas? I can't find installation instructions so maybe I'm doing something wrong? I connected power to the 20-pin ATX connector and a 4-pin molex connector on the side as well.
