Anyone have a reference to an inside-the-factory photo from a TRS-80 production line (or Color Computer)?

In either Korea or Fort Worth?

Attached is a personal story of a guy who worked at the TCA in San Antonio, TX in 1983-1984. No photos from that time but interesting stories how the Model 4 was produced.

A very interesting source is Tandy's internal corporate newsletter, "Intercom". It was never public, but now that Tandy is only history, it's appropriate that the issues are now archived at the "Portal to Texas History":

It's utterly fascinating to read, back from the times when "Yes, we have factories!" (June 1977). Many behind-the-scenes stories, even of the photo shoots for the famous catalog. The late 70's computer years are on page 5 and on.

Anyway, page 14 of the March 1978 issue has a grainy picture of banks of monitors & computers being burned in:

And the full-color cover of the April 1978 issue has a shot of a few (stacked!) on a workbench:

In that April 1981 cover, it looks like they are all working one handed - what you don't see is in their other hand, they are holding a tray of components. (there is another photo inside that shows that)

Lots of neat stuff in there. Those are really great, thank you!!
