ARCNet boot ROM seemingly does nothing.

I've been playing around with this boot ROM for a couple weeks and don't understand why it does nothing. It's directly from the distribution diskette of the OEM who created it, so I assume it should work and at least print out an error message since all paths in the code lead to some kind of output. Insted, it just seemingly does nothing, after POST in any system I've tried, I just get a blank screen with blinking cursor. I'm attaching the ROM file and the IDA disassembly database in hopes that someone out there who's smarter than may be willing to comment.

Adding the section of documentation that talks about this ROM.



It's designed to work in PC/XT/AT class systems. I'm confident that the ROM is being ingested on my AT system, I can see it from dumping memory in debug.
