After the success of the Cromemco Dazzler and the flakeyness of my Atoms PCB, I am looking at recreating the Atom PCB. I have looked online and despite 'rumors' of people attempting it, has anyone done it with KiCad/Gerbers available ?

Don't want to spend ages running tracks only to find it was all pointless !

I guess you've already found my 'replica' which can be built into an Electron case https://theoddys.com/acorn/replica_boards/replica_atom/replica_atom.html.

Very soon I will also have a version which can be built into a 3D printable Atom case.

Yes, I saw that, nice work.

I am producing a replica of the Atom board as I might need to change mine as the soldering is appalling.

I think I will produce as exact a replica as I can, then probably do one that can take keyswitches that fit the original atom keys but use obtainable units.
