Avaya 715-BCS serial terminal

I recently acquired an Avaya 715-BCS Serial Terminal that was used as a console on an Avaya (Lucent/AT&T) phone switch. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could download a service manual or user's guide. I can get the terminal to send data but I can't get it to receive data properly.

I also found a manual for the 715GBCS-2 Terminal https://comtalkinc.com/library/Avaya-Max-900-Terminal-715GBCS-2-User-Guide.pdf
perhaps they are similar enought that it will work?

I did stumble across both of these in my searching. I've been able to send data from the keyboard, but I can't seem to get the terminal to display what is sent to it. I'll have to take some more time to tinker with it.
