Hello Folks.
I was digging out my Compupro 816 from my basement and found a bag with some goodies. I found some Coco and early Model-I manuals and tapes that may be of value to other VCFed users. I would be willing to scan and/or share information from the the manuals if anyone on here has a need or interest.

There have been discussions on restoring and archiving floppy drives but are there any faq's or guides for doing the same with cassettes? Maybe digitize them into a wav file? I still have a CTR-47 that should be restoreable. I could clean/degauss and align the head but if there is anything beyond that that I should do first, I might need help. Even if they aren't 'used' the Level 1 BASIC instruction course cassettes might be neat to share.

The first batch of cassettes is like Timex Sinclair except for the Test, Zork, & Star Trek. The OS 9 & MultiVue appear to be in good condition.

I also came across a pair of mystery EPROM's. I am starting to think they may be monitor roms for an X-80 which was a Z-80 microprocessor trainer designed and used by Technical Careers Institute.
