Can Intel Galileo run DOS?

With a name like Intel® Galileo one could imagine that the sky is the limit. For $80 one would certainly hope so. But the big question is: will it run DOS?

It's UEFI, not regular BIOS, but that can be worked around. It can be made to boot FreeDOS... work being done here: https://communities.intel.com/thread/51481

That's good to know. I've always hoped that some day there would be a DOS platform that didn't eat 50 VA to do less than a phone does. I just noticed this thing and saw x86 - so a couple of brain cells lit up. Thanks for the link.
