chipset ic on 8088 motherboard

anybody who knows this board ?

just turned it on the other day , and works fine. But do the "chipset" ic give additional features ?

- Evergreen Rev to 486 CPU upgrade 386 to 486 , for my Intel Inboard ;)

Your board is an obvious XT clone. The Quad Flat Package chip must incorporate the functionality of the following Intel support chips : 8288, 8284, 9259, 8237, 8253 and 8255. I also see that the board has two crystal oscillators, whereas true XTs have only one. I would suggest that your board can support two speeds, 4.77 and something higher (8MHz?).
 
yes. did place a jumper on the board , just beside the bigger oscillator crystal. And it do run 10 Mhz.
