Colonial Data Services Corporation SB-80 Single Board

In going through my old stuff, I came across two "SB-80" Single Board Computers. I recall working on these, and updating the BIOS to include some fancy disk caching support, and hacking support for additional memory onto the boards. I can find little online about these systems, except for the venerable Don Maslin archive - which has an archive of my CPM and BIOS

I have recovered the original disks I used, and will attempt to read them if anyone still has one of these boards, and wants a good boot disk...

This is what the board looks like. I would really like to know if those unpopulated sockets are for a video subsystem, but I have not located my schematics yet.

I was looking at a 1982 article in Microcomputing about the system Page 58. Nice piece of history! I have no idea about the video, some links suggest that a video board was available. But those empty slots make one wonder.

Thank you - I did not see this (but remember the article from the era). I've added it to the IA archive for the SB80. Now just to track down the documents...
