Commodore "64" Web.it... anyone have one?

I was doing some research today, and unintentionally stumbled across something that was called the Commodore 64 Web.it. Apparently it wasn't made by Commodore and was really just a web terminal that ran a modified version of Windows 3.1. Anyone have one? I'd like to know more and see some pictures.

They were a notorious market failure. I don't think a great deal were made.
