Could someone give me an idea of what one of these is worth? It is in ok condition, it turns on, but does not start up.

hard to say what is the "real" value; on eBay you can usually find a broken 8032 or 4032 for about 50 euros. More or less.
The good part is that they don't use proprietary chips and replacements for this kind of machine are easy to find and cheap: so usually it's possible to fix them without too much headache....
