Compaq Concerto BIOS

I need help for my Concerto. Does anybody know how to set the Bios ? Am I right there was some Software you need to.
Does anybody have the pin out for the docking station connector, or is it possible to connect two harddisks to the internal IDE connector ?

I also have W95 on my concerto.

The Internet widely indicates that the F10 key is used for old Compaqs.
