Dennis is one of the sample voices for DECTalk. Dennis Klatt did much of the early work on what became DECTalk. According to this, http://bluegrasspals.com/pipermail/dectalk/2011-January/001762.html Dennis Klatt did create the voice referred to as Dennis.
