Digital Display frame for pictures/VGA

I have noticed that Digital Display frame for pictures ais everywhere and inexpensive. I am wondering what can be done or added on to make it works as an VGA monitor.

If you manage to convert one you'll likely get insane ghosting - they are low refresh rate to cut down on costs since it doesn't affect picture display much.

This is interesting, I need to look for one and try it. My basic concept is if there is a VGA card there the photo frame should work as a monitor but how to fix the display on the screen without moving the mouse.
