The RI Computer Museum has been looking for some of these for quite a while. This unopened bag was donated today. Now we know what they should look like, so maybe we can find a source for more.

If you're not stuck on OEM parts, banana-jack cables are very common in the modular-synthesizer world and can be had quite cheaply in a variety of lengths/colors.
All of the patch cords that I have found so far were too big to fit in the sockets in the boards. I will measure the sockets and the patch cords and see if there is a modern match.

The sockets for the banana jacks measure 0.1 inches, and the jack measures about 0.11 uncompressed. They have "dec" molded into the plastic.

I can easily find 2mm and 4mm jacks, but it looks like I need 2.54mm. I think that the Pomona 2945 that is designed for a 0.104" jack might work, but they cost about $6 each.
