Do you remember the name?

Back in 1992 or so, we had a small, silly, EXE (or maybe COM) file on our AT clone that was a 'fake virus' if I remember correctly. All I remember: You ran the program, it used text mode to draw rudimentary graphics, I think there was a washing machine, might have been a toilet, it had a 'spin cycle' that used the PC speaker.

I know this is a long shot lol, but it just popped into my head, and I want to find it again.
