Epson PC-J3 (Equity I) in need of video cable

Hello,

I recently purchased an Epson PC-J3, which has the same "Mars Board" than the Epson Equity I. Apparently the system seems to work but as the original video cable is missing, I cannot be completely sure. Its monitor is the original one, as it is the one that appears in the manuals and in pictures of the whole set owned by other people. It has a DIN connector whose pinout is unknown to me.

If someone had this computer with the cable, could I ask for him to share the pinout, please?

Hello... are tou still trying to find the cable for this? a cable from the qx-1x series may work for you...look at the qx-10 qx-11 qx-16 thread her in the forum... where did you find this epson /mars machine? japan?

Nope, I haven't found it yet and I am still searching for it. Please, could you link me the thread? I haven't been able to find it after a search...

The computer was found in Catalonia, Spain.
I hope you don't mind I don't disclose the exact town, because that's my special hunting spot where I found the AIM-65, the P2, that Epson and a lot of another good stuff, so I don't want competitors.

Basically you have to connect port 4(hsync),5(vsync)and 8(blue) out of the computer...

Sorry, I don't know. I just found some PC clone made by Epson and I saw there are many in Spain, but nobody I know has it so I haven't been able to build the cable myself.

Soy andorrano. Hablo Catalán, aunque también castellano y tengo muchos vínculos con España.

Tendré en cuenta lo que me dices. No sé si te lo podré conseguir, pero iré mirando.

Ten en cuenta que si estás en USA las tensiones y frecuencias de la fuente serán distintas.

si entiendo... Se que la QX11 se vendió en Europa pero no en USA, por eso preguntaba capaz habías visto una..Es interesante que alla esa máquina con la MARS motherboard la hayan vendido con un diferente nombre...
