Howard and I talked about putting his S-100 12MHz motherboard into the Altair kit. Now I'm thinking that SBC should be mounted on an S-100 card. THAT would be an Altair.

eZ80 SBC as an S-100 card

Well, the eZ80SBC board has the 2x30 pin female header receptacles on it for the eZ80F91 Ethernet Module. By using long-pin headers the eZ80SBC can be "stacked" on another board as a daughter card.

It is my intent, after going further with the software development for the eZ80SBC, to make an S-100 card with these 2x30 headers on it, along with the required glue logic and power supply to make this card work in an S-100 system.
