Asking $12 USD shipped for this good working SB16 sound card. I've tested it and it works and sounds great without a single issue. It's got a genuine YMF262 OPL3 FM chip and a TEA2025 amplifier so you know it'll sound exactly as you remember back in the golden days. 
This is the jumpered version (non-PnP) so you'll need to use a SET BLASTER statement and DIAGNOSE /S to initialize it at boot-time in plain DOS. As it is a non-PnP card, it will have to be installed in Windows 9x using the Add New Hardware Wizard.
eBay often asks a lot more for Sound Blaster 16 cards with a YMF262 FM. I'm selling this because I no longer need it. Price quoted is total to an address in the lower 48 States.
