For Sale: spotted on Craigslist (continuous sightings)

"Steve jobs created a masterpiece with this one. It makes a noise when turned on but the light does not come on."

Yep, sounds exactly like something Steve would make..... oh wait steve didnt actually ever make anything,, he just marketed other peoples ideas.. Sorry.

"Steve Wozniak created a masterpiece with this one. Although I have no evidence he actually has anything to do with this project"

IDK, without Steve Jobs, Woz would probably still be working for HP. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The guy in the photos seems nice enoigh at a glance. Id say the price is fair.

in my head, i can hear that guy doing a Randy Savage "oh yea" during that pic.

You missed it, but there was a working model A 5150 with the black card brackets (including a CGA card and SixPakPlus), black power supply, second revision bios, and 160k no "IBM" logo floppy drives for $160. I could have picked it up but collecting revision A 5150's is kind of annoying. You have to find the extremely rare revision A keyboard, a 5151, and DOS 1.x to make it interesting.

That's a nice Commodore set, if I was nearby I'd buy it. I've been wanting a C64, but I don't want the hassle of a set without games or with a monitor, because I already have a monitor (but no C64) and I know I'll want games. Anyone traveling from MI to CO? Haha

If it works, I think it's worth $175, assuming that dent in the top is the only damage. The way I understand it, you should need to use quad-density disks. I don't, because I had as many problems with quad-density as with double-density. So I've just sorted out a bunch of double-density disks that work.
