D-Link DPH-50U Skype USB Phone Adapter allows you to use your existing corded or
cordless telephone to make and receive phone calls over Skype, as well as be simultaneously
connected to a regular phone line (if you have one) and switch between calls like regular
call-waiting. The DPH-50U can be configured to forward incoming Skype calls to
another destination such as your cell phone so that you never miss a call while you are away.
I only have one of the USB cables (standard USB cable), and no manual (might have PDF).
